If you are using your cell phone simply go to your video recorder option, record your content then choose your send option to email directly as an attachment to stickupdance@gmail.com
If you have a Lap Top simply go to your Photo Booth or Web Cam program record your content. Then open your email browser compose and email to stickupdance@gmail.com and drag your recorded material in to the attachment box.
